Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Mission Bay Buccaneers (San Diego, CA) and the host Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA), observed Mission Bay's volleyball team top Canyon Hills by a count of 2-0.

The Buccaneers (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 11-18 record. In their last contest, San Dieguito Academy was knocked off by La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Rattlers battle the Mira Mesa Marauders (San Diego, CA) in a contest, on Tuesday, April 22. Canyon Hills will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Marauders enter the contest with a 9-7 record after their 2-0 league win over Coronado (Coronado, CA).
