Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Brentwood School Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Viewpoint Patriots (Calabasas, CA), observed Brentwood School's volleyball team top Viewpoint by a count of 3-1.

The Eagles (10-16) will now prepare for their contest against Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 18-12 record. In their last contest, Thousand Oaks notched a victory over Newbury Park (Newbury Park, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Patriots battle the Crossroads Roadrunners (Santa Monica, CA) in a Gold Coast contest, on Tuesday, April 22. Viewpoint will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Roadrunners enter the contest with a 13-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Culver City (Culver City, CA).
