In Thursday's non-league bout, the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) baseball squad the host Cleveland Storm (Rio Rancho, NM), by a tally of 13-8.
Next up, the Bears encounter the Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 18. La Cueva will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record.
The Storm (10-5) will now prepare for their bout against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Spartans enter the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Bernalillo edged Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
