In Thursday's league test, the Rome Free Academy Black Knights (Rome, NY) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Clinton Comets (Clinton, NY), by a count of 14-7.

Next up, the Black Knights battle the Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks (Saratoga Springs, NY) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 22. Rome Free Academy will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Blue Streaks enter the test with a 2-6 record after their 11-10 league loss to Colonie Central (Albany, NY).

The Comets (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Whitesboro (Marcy, NY). The Warriors enter the Section 3 TVL- East test with a 0-1 record.
