Holy Spirit Spartans (Absecon, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Egg Harbor Township Eagles (Egg Harbor Township, NJ), 18-4 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Holy Spirit advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to Lenape (Medford, NJ) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Thursday, April 24. The Indians come into the game with a record of 1-3.

The Eagles now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Creek for a Cape-Atlantic - National game on Friday, April 25. Egg Harbor Township will play a Pirates team coming off a 15-4 league win over Atlantic City (Atlantic City, NJ). The Pirates record now stands at 8-0.
