Fans at Thursday's league test between the Somerville Pioneers (Somerville, NJ) and the host Gill St. Bernard's Knights (Gladstone, NJ), witnessed Somerville's lacrosse squad top Gill St. Bernard's by a count of 18-5.

The Pioneers (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Montgomery (Skillman, NJ). The Cougars enter the Skyland - Raritan test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Montgomery was overwhelmed by Voorhees (Glen Gardner, NJ), 11-7, in a non-league test.

Next, the Knights battle the Delaware Valley Terriers (Frenchtown, NJ) in a Skyland - Raritan test, on Monday, April 21. Gill St. Bernard's will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Terriers enter the test with a 7-0 record after their 22-4 league win over Immaculata (Somerville, NJ).
