Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Lebanon Pioneers (Lebanon, VA) and the visiting Marion Scarlet Hurricanes (Marion, VA), saw Lebanon's soccer squad prevail over Marion by a count of 4-0.

The Pioneers (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Graham (Bluefield, VA). The G-Men enter the Southwest battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Graham tipped Richlands (Richlands, VA), 13-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Scarlet Hurricanes battle the Tazewell Bulldogs (Tazewell, VA) in a Southwest battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Marion will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA).
