California High School Baseball - Northgate nips Las Lomas

The Northgate Broncos baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Las Lomas Knights to 8 in the Broncos league win on Thursday.

The Broncos now hold a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Berean Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Northgate will play a Eagles team coming off a 7-0 league win over Concord (Concord, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-6.

With the defeat, Las Lomas drops to 5-8 on the year. The Knights host Concord (Concord, CA) to play the Bears in a test on Tuesday, April 22. The Bears go into the test with a record of 3-10. Concord lost 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA)
