In Thursday's non-league game, the host Melrose Red Raiders baseball squad scored a good 10-0 triumph over the Wilmington Wildcats.
With the triumph, Melrose moves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Red Raiders host Peabody Veterans Memorial (Peabody, MA) to confront the Tanners in a non-league contest on Monday, April 21. The Tanners come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
The Wildcats now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stoneham for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 19.
