The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI) and the host Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI), observed Coventry's softball team notch a victory over Pilgrim by a final score of 12-3.
The Oakers (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Toll Gate (Warwick, RI). The Titans go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record.
