California High School Softball - Pittsburg knocked off by Freedom

The Freedom Falcons overwhelmed the visiting Pittsburg Pirates softball squad by a count of 24-3 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 18. Freedom will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Lancers go into the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA).

The Pirates (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Brentwood, CA). The Lions go into the challenge with a 7-1 record.
