The Apex Friendship Patriots lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the host Holly Springs Golden Hawks to 5 in the Patriots league win on Thursday.

The Patriots (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Falcons enter the Southwest Wake contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Green Hope by Middle Creek (Apex, NC), 10-3, in a league contest.

Next, the Golden Hawks meet the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) in a Southwest Wake contest, on Tuesday, April 22. Holly Springs will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 13-3 record after their 10-3 league win over Green Hope (Cary, NC).
