Georgia High School Soccer - St. George's knocks off Gatewood

In Thursday's non-league outing, the host St. George's Athletes soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Gatewood Gators.
The Athletes (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Atlanta Jewish Academy (Atlanta, GA). The Jaguar go into the GIAA AA District 1 outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Atlanta Jewish Academy was overwhelmed by The Weber School (Atlanta, GA), 10-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Gators confront the Central Georgia Arts (Macon, GA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, April 22. Gatewood will attempt to improve on its 0-13 season record. The go into the outing with a 12-4 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Trinity Christian (Statesboro, GA).
