Arizona High School Softball - Buena bounces Desert View

April 17, 2025: Tucson, AZ 85706

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Buena Colts (Sierra Vista, AZ) and the host Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ), observed Buena's softball team get by Desert View by a final score of 10-5.

The Colts (7-18) will now prepare for their bout against Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ). The Caballeros go into the 5A Southern bout with a 14-15 record. In their last bout, Flowing Wells tipped Pueblo (Tucson, AZ), 11-9, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Cienega Bobcats (Vail, AZ) in a 5A Southern bout, on Tuesday, April 22. Desert View will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 21-7 record after their 17-4 league win over Nogales (Nogales, AZ).
