Michigan High School Softball - Clare bounces Shepherd

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Clare Pioneers (Clare, MI) and the host Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI), observed Clare's softball team get by Shepherd by a tally of 6-1.

The Pioneers (5-0) will now prepare for their bout against Negaunee (Negaunee, MI). The Miners go into the non-league bout with a 0-1 record.

In their next game, the Bluejays clash with the Pinconning Spartans (Pinconning, MI) in a Jack Pine bout, on Tuesday, April 22. Shepherd will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record.
