Delaware High School Softball - Lake Forest gets by Early College

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE) and the host Early College Hornets (Dover, DE), observed Lake Forest's softball team get by Early College by a final score of 1-0.
The Spartans (10-0) will now prepare for their bout against Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE). The Royals go into the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Delmarva Christian tipped Bennett (Salisbury, MD), 11-2, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Hornets battle the Sts. Peter & Paul Sabres (Easton, MD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 28. Early College will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record.
