Parkview Patriots (Little Rock, AR) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting ESTEM Mets (Little Rock, AR), 20-5 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Parkview upgrades its record to 6-14 on the year. The Patriots travel to Benton (Benton, AR) to play the Panthers in a 5A Central game on Tuesday, April 22. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 16-2. Benton won 2-0 in their recent league game against Beebe (Beebe, AR)

The Mets now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Mills University Studies for a 4A Region 5 South game on Friday, April 18. ESTEM will play a Comets squad coming off a 33-20 non-league win over Maumelle Charter (Maumelle, AR). The Comets record now stands at 3-5.
