The Franklin Sabers triumphed over the visiting Indian Trail Hawks softball squad by a count of 15-5 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Sabers play the Oak Creek Knights (Oak Creek, WI) in a Southeast challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 12-1 non-league win over New Berlin Eisenhower (New Berlin, WI).

The Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kenosha Tremper (Kenosha, WI). The Trojans enter the Southeast challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Kenosha Tremper was routed by Arrowhead (Hartland, WI), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
