Washington High School Softball - Port Angeles gets by Kingston

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Port Angeles Roughriders softball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Kingston Buccaneers.
The Roughriders (9-1) will now prepare for their match against North Mason (Belfair, WA). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Olympic match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, North Mason was nipped by Ellensburg (Ellensburg, WA), 13-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Buccaneers battle the Sequim Wolves (Sequim, WA) in a 2A Olympic match, on Monday, April 21. Kingston will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Wolves go into the match with a 2-6 record after their 11-10 league win over Bremerton (Bremerton, WA).
