California High School Baseball - Burroughs sneaks past Arcadia

April 17, 2026: Burbank, CA 91506

The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA) and the visiting Arcadia Apaches (Arcadia, CA), saw Burroughs's baseball team get by Arcadia by a tally of 2-1.

The Bears (17-3) will now prepare for their battle against Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA). The Falcons enter the Pacific battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Crescenta Valley held off La Serna (Whittier, CA), 5-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Apaches face the Burbank Bulldogs (Burbank, CA) in a Pacific battle, on Tuesday, April 21. Arcadia will attempt to upgrade on its 13-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 3-11 record after their 12-7 league loss to Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA).
