New York High School Baseball - Wayne defeats Midlakes

In Friday's league game, the host Wayne Eagles baseball team scored a close 5-0 win over the Midlakes Screaming Eagles.

The Eagles (7-0) will now prepare for their game against Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY). The Little Irish go into the non-league game with a 0-8 record.

Next, the Screaming Eagles play the Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders (Palmyra, NY) in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East game, on Tuesday, April 21. Midlakes will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Red Raiders go into the game with a 4-3 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Skaneateles (Skaneateles, NY).
