Texas High School Baseball - Pace loses to Rivera

In Friday's league bout, the Rivera Raiders (Brownsville, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Pace Vikings (Brownsville, TX), by a tally of 14-3.

Next up, the Raiders encounter the La Villa Cardinals (La Villa, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 21. Rivera will attempt to upgrade on its 21-4 season record.

The Vikings (7-18) will now prepare for their bout against Mercedes (Mercedes, TX). The Tigers enter the 5A Region IV District 32 bout with a 14-11 record. In their last bout, Mercedes was overwhelmed by Lopez (Brownsville, TX), 4-3, in a league bout.
