The Taylorsville Tartars baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host West Lincoln Bears to 1 in the Tartars non-league win on Friday.

The Tartars now own a 9-16 record. They take the field next when they host West Lincoln for a non-league test on Saturday, April 18. Taylorsville will play a Bears team coming off a 9-5 league win over Mount Olive (Mount Olive, MS). The Bears record now stands at 6-12.
