The Greenwich Witches got by the visiting Hoosick Falls Panthers baseball team by a count of 2-1 in Monday's league bout.
The Witches now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Taconic Hills for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 23. Greenwich will face a Titans team coming off a 11-6 league win over Hudson (Hudson, NY). The Titans record now stands at 2-2.
Next, the Panthers face the Hoosic Valley Indians (Schaghticoke, NY) in a Section 2 Wasaren bout, on Wednesday, April 20. Hoosick Falls will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
