Alabama High School Baseball - Headland defeats Russell County

April 18, 2022: Headland, AL 36345

Headland Rams (Headland, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL), 8-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Headland upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Rams host Marbury (Marbury, AL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, April 22. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 17-16. Marbury lost 12-4 in their recent non-league test against Bibb County (Centreville, AL)

With the defeat, Russell County falls to 4-23 on the season.
