The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ) and the host Glendale Cardinals (Glendale, AZ), saw McClintock's volleyball squad beat Glendale by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, McClintock upgrades its record to 3-13 on the year. The Chargers travel to Higley (Gilbert, AZ) to play the Knights in a 5A San Tan bout on Tuesday, April 19. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 11-5. Higley won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ)

The Cardinals now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Independence for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 21. Glendale will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Canyon View (Waddell, AZ). The Patriots record now stands at 7-9.
