The Steele Canyon Cougars softball team (Spring Valley, CA), was tipped 3-2 in Monday's league test with the host Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA)

Coming up next, the Highlanders clash with the Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) in a test, on Thursday, April 21. Helix will attempt to improve on its 15-3 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 7-1 league loss to Santana (Santee, CA).

The Cougars (11-8) will now prepare for their test against El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Vaqueros come into the test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, El Capitan was tipped by Grossmont (El Cajon, CA), 11-6, in a non-league test.
