Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Murrieta Mesa Rams (Murrieta, CA), 17-7 in a league battle.

The Pumas now have a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they host Temecula Valley for a SoWest battle on Thursday, April 21. Chaparral will clash with a Golden Bears squad coming off a 6-5 league win over Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA). The Golden Bears record now stands at 15-1.

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA) in a SoWest battle, on Thursday, April 21. Murrieta Mesa will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Nighthawks come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 19-3 league loss to Great Oak (Temecula, CA).
