The Blue Devils now sport a 23-14 record. They take the field next when they host Alexandria for a 5A Area 11 challenge on Tuesday, April 19. Moody will face a Valley Cubs squad coming off a 13-0 league win over St. Clair County (Odenville, AL). The Valley Cubs record now stands at 34-7.

With the loss, Jasper falls to 11-7 on the campaign. The Vikings host Haleyville (Haleyville, AL) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 19. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 11-10. Haleyville won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL)
