Manatee Hurricanes (Bradenton, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Southeast Seminoles (Bradenton, FL), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Hurricanes now own a 10-9 record. They take the field next when they host St. Petersburg for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 20. Manatee will battle a Green Devils squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Boca Ciega (Gulfport, FL). The Green Devils record now stands at 13-5.

With the loss, Southeast falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Seminoles travel to Booker (Sarasota, FL) to battle the Tornadoes in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 20. The Tornadoes enter the challenge with a record of 0-12. Booker lost 17-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Bradenton Christian (Bradenton, FL)
