The Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Carmel Christian Cougars to 1 in the Trojans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Trojans (10-2) will now prepare for their match against High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 19-2 record. In their last match, High Point Christian Academy ran past Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC), 11-0, in a league match.
The Cougars (6-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC). The Buccaneers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Charlotte Country Day School beat Cannon (Concord, NC), 4-2, in a league challenge.
