The Lafayette County Huskers crushed the host Lexington Minutemen baseball team by a count of 15-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Huskers now possess a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Oak Grove for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 19. Lafayette County will face a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to St. Pius X (Kansas City, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 7-5.
Next, the Minutemen face the Knob Noster Panthers (Knob Noster, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 24. Lexington will attempt to move on its 1-13 season record.
