The Longview Lobos baseball team (Longview, TX), was overwhelmed 5-1 in Tuesday's league outing with the host Marshall Mavericks (Marshall, TX)

The Mavericks now hold a 6-18 record. They take the field next when they host Tyler for a 5A Region II District 15 outing on Friday, April 21. Marshall will face a Lions team coming off a 14-0 league loss to Hallsville (Hallsville, TX). The Lions record now stands at 0-11.
