McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host South Mountain Jaguars (Phoenix, AZ), 19-3 in a league test.

With the win, McClintock upgrades its record to 6-13 on the season. The Chargers host Central (Phoenix, AZ) to battle the Bobcats in a 5A Metro test on Friday, April 21. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 7-14. Central lost 21-11 in their recent league test against Fairfax (Laveen, AZ)

With the defeat, South Mountain falls to 1-18 on the season. The Jaguars travel to North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ) to battle the Rattlers in a 5A Metro test on Friday, April 21. The Rattlers come into the test with a record of 10-5. North Canyon lost 5-2 in their recent non-league test against Kellis (Glendale, AZ)
