Colorado High School Baseball - Pueblo County defeats Pueblo Central

Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Pueblo County Hornets (Pueblo, CO) and the visiting Pueblo Central Wildcats (Pueblo, CO), saw Pueblo County's baseball squad beat Pueblo Central by a margin of 9-1.

Coming up next, the Hornets play the Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO) in a 4A/5A South Central battle, on Saturday, April 22. Pueblo County will attempt to better on its 13-1 season record. The Cyclones enter the battle with a 7-5 record after their 11-1 league win over Pueblo Centennial (Pueblo, CO).

The Wildcats now sport a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Junta for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 19. Pueblo Central will play a Tigers squad coming off a 6-3 non-league loss to Pueblo County (Pueblo, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 8-6.
