The Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors crushed the visiting Westwood Wildcats baseball team by a count of 13-3 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Citizens Christian Academy for a GIAA AA District 3 bout on Friday, April 21. Southwest Georgia Academy will face a Patriots team coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Valwood (Valdosta, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 8-10.
Next, the Wildcats face the Georgia Christian Generals (Valdosta, GA) in a GIAA AA District 3 bout, on Friday, April 21. Westwood will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Generals enter the bout with a 5-9 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to Echols County (Statenville, GA).
