In Tuesday's league battle, the host Del Oro Golden Eagles volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Oak Ridge Trojans.
The Golden Eagles (15-4) will now prepare for their battle against Rocklin (Rocklin, CA). The Thunder come into the battle with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Rocklin was nudged by Folsom (Folsom, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
