The Streamwood Sabres volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Elgin Maroons to 1 in the Sabres league victory on Tuesday.
The Sabres now have a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elk Grove for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 19. Streamwood will meet a Grenadiers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Grenadiers record now stands at 0-1.
The Maroons (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Larkin (Elgin, IL). The Royals enter the game with a 1-5 record.
