In Tuesday's league battle, the host McClintock Chargers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Central Bobcats.

The Chargers (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Cactus Shadows (Cave Creek, AZ). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 8-10 record. In their last battle, Cactus Shadows achieved victory over Basis (Flagstaff, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Bobcats clash with the South Mountain Jaguars (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A Metro battle, on Thursday, April 20. Central will attempt to advance on its 0-12 season record. The Jaguars come into the battle with a 3-13 record after their 3-1 league loss to Fairfax (Laveen, AZ).
