The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) and the visiting Richmond Raiders (Rockingham, NC), saw Pinecrest's soccer squad knock off Richmond by a count of 4-2.
The Patriots now hold a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Scotland for a test on Friday, April 28. Pinecrest will meet a Fighting Scots squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Hoke County (Raeford, NC). The Fighting Scots record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Richmond drops to 4-3 on the season. The Raiders travel to Hoke County (Raeford, NC) to meet the Bucks in a test on Friday, April 21. The Bucks come into the test with a record of 4-6. Hoke County lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC)
