The Boardman Spartans lacrosse squad (Youngstown, OH), was overwhelmed 13-6 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH)

Coming up next, the Cardinals meet the Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) in a Region 6 challenge, on Thursday, April 20. Canfield will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 9-4 league win over Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH).

The Spartans now sport a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Conneaut Area for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 21. Boardman will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 19-6 league win over Fairview (Fairview, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
