Next, the Crusaders face the Belleville East Lancers (Belleville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 20. Althoff Catholic will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Lancers enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL).

The Terriers now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Vernon for a South Seven challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Carbondale will face a Rams team coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, IL). The Rams record now stands at 1-11.
