In Tuesday's league battle, the host Gospel Light Christian soccer squad scored a close 5-1 win over the Tabernacle Christian Conquerors.
The (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC). The Patriots go into the NCCSA AA District 1 - West Region battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Union Grove Christian Cramerton Christian Academy (Cramerton, NC), 1-1, in a league battle.
The Conquerors (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Woodland Baptist Christian (Winston-Salem, NC). The Eagles go into the NCCSA AA District 2 - West Region battle with a 0-9 record.
