The Rifle Bears smashed the visiting Moffat County Bulldogs soccer squad by a margin of 5-0 in Tuesday's league match.
The Bears now sport a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Delta for a 3A Western Slope match on Thursday, April 20. Rifle will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Grand Valley (Parachute, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 9-1.
With the loss, Moffat County drops to 0-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Coal Ridge (New Castle, CO) to encounter the Titans in a 3A Western Slope match on Thursday, April 20. The Titans come into the match with a record of 2-5. Coal Ridge lost 1-0 in their recent non-league match against Palisade (Palisade, CO)
