The Comets now sport a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Streator/Woodland for a Illinois Central Eight test on Thursday, April 20. Reed-Custer will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Peotone (Peotone, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-2.

With the loss, Wilmington drops to 5-6 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Lisle (Lisle, IL) to meet the Lions in a Illinois Central Eight test on Thursday, April 20. The Lions come into the test with a record of 5-4. Lisle lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Herscher (Herscher, IL)
