The Southampton Academy Raiders baseball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Brunswick Academy Vikings to 4 in the Raiders league victory on Tuesday.
The Raiders (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA). The Kavaliers go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Kenston Forest ran past Fuqua (Farmville, VA), 18-4, in a non-league match.
The Vikings (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Tidewater Academy (Wakefield, VA). The Warriors go into the match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Tidewater Academy was overwhelmed by Amelia Academy (Amelia Court House, VA), 5-4, in a league match.
