California High School Softball - Sonoma Valley nudges Analy

April 18, 2023: Sebastopol, CA 95472

Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Analy Tigers (Sebastopol, CA), 10-9 in a non-league challenge.

The Dragons now own a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to American Canyon for a challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Sonoma Valley will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Casa Grande (Petaluma, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Analy falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Windsor (Windsor, CA) to battle the Jaguars in a challenge on Thursday, April 20. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. Windsor lost 5-2 in their recent league challenge against Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA)
