The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the West Islip Lions (West Islip, NY) and the visiting East Islip Redmen (Islip Terrace, NY), saw West Islip's lacrosse team overcome East Islip by a margin of 14-6.
The Lions (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Rocky Point (Rocky Point, NY). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Rocky Point beat Port Jefferson (Port Jefferson, NY), 13-3, in a league challenge.
