The Arizona Lutheran Academy Coyotes softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host St. John Paul II Catholic Lions to 5 in the Coyotes league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Arizona Lutheran Academy moves its record to 9-11 on the year. The Coyotes host Tonopah Valley (Tonopah, AZ) to clash with the Phoenix in a non-league game on Thursday, April 20. The Phoenix come into the game with a record of 7-12. Tonopah Valley lost 14-12 in their recent league game against Odyssey Institute (Buckeye, AZ)

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Kingman Academy Tigers (Kingman, AZ) in a 2A West game, on Friday, April 21. St. John Paul II Catholic will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 14-15 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Kingman (Kingman, AZ).
