The Methuen Rangers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Arlington Spy Ponders to 4 in the Rangers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Methuen moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Rangers travel to Dracut (Dracut, MA) to clash with the Middies in a Merrimack Valley - Conf 1 game on Friday, April 21. The Middies come into the game with a record of 1-2. Dracut won 13-10 in their recent non-league game against North Andover (North Andover, MA)

In their next game, the Spy Ponders clash with the Reading Memorial Rockets (Reading, MA) in a Middlesex game, on Friday, April 21. Arlington will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Rockets come into the game with a 3-1 record after their 9-7 league win over Lexington (Lexington, MA).
